❓ Unable to enable Redis Service Users on CloudLinux – “You must configure LiteSpeed for LiteSpeed Containers

Hello LiteSpeed team,

I'm running **CloudLinux 8** with **LiteSpeed Enterprise (latest version)**.

I tried to enable the **Redis Service Users** feature, but I get this error message:

> "You must configure LiteSpeed for LiteSpeed Containers"

CageFS is fully enabled, and **alt-redis** is installed and working.
Redis also works fine when started manually (as a global service).

However, the Redis Service Users feature refuses to activate.

I would like to ask:

1. Is it actually possible to use **Redis Service Users** on a CloudLinux server with CageFS?
2. If yes, what exact steps or configuration are required to make LiteSpeed recognize "LiteSpeed Containers mode"?

This setup is for a CloudLinux + LiteSpeed (cPanel) server.

If you have CageFS enabled, I dont think there is an additional configuration needed. Please open a support ticket and we can check what is happening on this specific case: https://store.litespeedtech.com/store/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2
