Forget the transient. For loading speed almost only the cache matters. Transients are nice, but there much more and other components they slow down the page speed. Transients don't help either. Everything is only about the cache (LScache engine != transient)

FYI: LiteSpeed Cache Plugin has "Cache" in its name, but it doesn't cache anything. It's just a control panel to manage/control LScache. LScache ist part of LiteSpeed web server. I hope this clears up your misunderstanding about LiteSpeed, LScache and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
