Web Access of Cache Stats

I've noticed in my weblogs that the URL site.com/__LSCACHE/STATS has been accessed about twice a day for the past year.
Who would be looking at this? Is this a hacking attempt? Is there any information that can be gleaned from this page that would help to compromise my site? Does this page need to be publically accessible or can I block access?

that's LiteMage status on the Magento backend "cache management" tab. suppose only used by this screen.
if your main site does not go through CloudFlare, you can allow only your server IP accessing that.
