PHP 8.1 already includes ImageMagick, but you need version 7 or higher to convert/optimize avif images. That's why you just have to activate the corresponding imagick extension. That's it.

I haven't only ioncube on php 8.2, how you reading? In requirements no one word about ioncube, thats was been conclusions.
