LiteSpeed Cache Plugin conflicts with image gallery extension on my site

Hi,

I have all Joomla websites and they all have almost identical settings/configs and extensions/plugins installed. I noticed that some of my sites are getting errors with an extension that displays image gallery pages. This is an extension that displays photos from Google Photos albums. What is strange is that my live sites all display the image gallery pages correctly but my clone test sites do not display correctly.

I checked with the extension developer and he tested and told me that the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin conflicts with the image gallery extension on my site. He asked if the LiteSpeed plugin could be adjusted or disabled for some Joomla component extensions?
I checked with tech support for my webhost and they said that I should flush/purge all cache in Joomla's LiteSpeed Cache plugin section. Can you tell me how to fix this conflict?

Hi,

Yes, if I disable the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin on the test sites with the errors, then the issue/conflict will be gone and the Google Photos albums will display correctly.
What is strange is that the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin is enabled on the live sites without the errors and the Google Photos albums already display correctly.
So what would be causing this issue only on the clone test sites? Is it because the test sites are subdomains of a different TLD URL?
Is it a cPanel or Joomla setting difference? My sites are almost identical so I don't know if any settings would be causing the conflict.

Hi,
I am trying to submit the support ticket on your site but it keeps blocking my login. I know my login info is accurate. I clicked "forgot password" to reset it and I don't get an email to reset the password. Can you tell me how to fix this so I can login and submit the ticket?

No, that link does not work either. Is your site blocking long URLs or something else that could be in the text message field or login info field?
Can I send you a PDF or something with the login so it's not visible to the public to get around this error message in your support ticket system?
