Just installed Litespeed server and caching, running into caching issues.

I'm still having issues. I've just posted several articles and tested viewing them on several remote servers. All of those servers were not able to see the new content until I did a hard refresh. Clicking on the home link on the website did not correct the issue.

If you don't mind me asking, what are your server level and vhost level cache configs?

I turned it off as I had my team complaining that posts weren't showing. Give me a moment and I'll switch it back on.

If you mean you turned off the plugin, you do not need to turn it back on. I'm interested in the server/vhost settings.

I only set this at the server level, as i only have the one site I am running off this box. The settings are similar to the guide.
