"warn [-e] Unable to locate executable Apache binary, /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd"

What's the correct Apache binary path?

First, might try force upgrade to the latest version:
/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 5.1.7
Second, how did you add a couple additional php7 modules? did you change LSWS config?

#6
[mike@primary-1 ~]$ sudo /usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 5.1.7

Can you PM me the tmp root access to take a look?Did you migrate from EA3 to EA4? or Install EA4 from the beginning? Did LiteSpeed start successfully before your PHP 7 change?

Can you also verify the apache conf location and log location? should be the following for EA4.
through web admin console, or lsws config file

apacheConfFile>/etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf</apacheConfFile>

<log>
<fileName>/var/log/apache2/error_log</fileName>
</log>
