It seems like a PHP version issue to me, may I know which PHP version you were running with Apache? And which PHP version with LSWS?

To automate the LSWS upgrade, please check https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2019/04/11/auto-update-litespeed-with-lsup/. Once you have the cron rule setup, then you don't need to check the email more.

Hi, You should rely on the cache plugin, not the cache rules. Without that rule, could you share the output of "curl -I https://YOURDOMAIN/"? or the screenshot of the issue with the check.lscache.io ?
