when the litespeed cache plugin is active, my site does not appear to be up to date

When the Litespeed cache plugin is active, the foreign user who enters my site sees my site as the first theme I installed
but when I deactivate the plugin it shows the latest version

(I also pressed the clear cache button)

Which setting do you think?
