i about 24 h I have a problem in download speed

for example: http://dl-goldhairgirl.w3village.co/24 S01E01-(By B2Z).zip

download speed is very very slow

Looks like you have outbound throttling enabled for remote ip. check your client throttling settings at server level (Admin Console -> Server -> Security -> Per Client Throttling) and vhost level (Admin Console -> Virtual Host -> Basic -> Per Client Throttle).
