Manual Cron Job

Hi

I'm testing litespeed on dev website (ps5digital.pt) but on live website the CRON JOB from WP is disabled.
I use manual cron job on cpanel (schedulled).

What changes should I do, or what do I need to add to make it work correctly after implementing on live website?
