File not found error

Hello,
I am being getting the 'file not found' error in my error logs since i switched from apache to litespeed, the website used to work fine when it was in apache, copy-pasting below the error log, any idea what this is about?

Check if the file exists or not. also any permission/ownership issue after your migration?
