Why LiteSpeed?
Other servers, like Apache and nginx, require a passenger module in order to communicate with Django, Rails, and Node.js applications.This go-between manages application processes and passes requests and responses back and forth between the frontend web server and the application server backend.
LiteSpeed Web Server, on the other hand, requires no such module. There is no go-between. The server is capable of directly communicating with the application server, either through LiteSpeed’s Server API, or HTTP and websocket proxies.
This direct communication saves time and improves performance.
