Logged in users "x-litespeed-cache: miss"

We have a magento site running with Litespeed/Magelite. Everything works fine and really fast.
The only thing is that logged in users get a "x-litespeed-cache: miss" for cached pages.

So:
Not logged in: https://domain.nl/cat1/prod1.html --> "x-litespeed-cache: hit"
Logged in: https://domain.nl/cat1/prod1.html --> "x-litespeed-cache: miss"

Im sure it's a setting, but cannot find the right one.

logged in user should normally get hit cache with private cache as well. maybe you log a ticket by sending email to support@litespeedtech.com, with the rmp root ssh login, the Magento admin login and the test user login, URL which doesn't show cache hit, we can check further.

Same happened to me just now, for a 2nd time. this is not my account yet somehow im logged into it???
