Error installing Litespeed Cache plugin

I'm getting the following error when I try to install the Litespeed Cache plugin:
Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

I do not know exactly the cause however as Litespeed is responsible for PHP and WEB Server, probably the error is related to it.
