Error 6000

#1
after installing the LiteSpeed Cache plugin I see the error message below on its settings page within WordPress.

ERROR 6000: Notice: This plugin requires a LiteSpeed Server with the LSCache Module enabled. If you are unable to change your server stack, please contact your hosting provider to request the required changes. This plugin will NOT work properly.

My host repeatedly states there's nothing wrong on their end.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This usually means something isnt configured properly somewhere and without access I am unsure what the issue could be. You can send us an email at bug [at] litespeedtech.com and we can take a look.

Hi,
I just don't want to open another topic. My server told me that I need to upgrade my Litespeed WS Enterprise version to have cache module on the server side to overcome error 6000. According to them, my version is for 1 CPU and it should be 2 CPU version to have cache module. Is that right?

Thanks a lot!
