Directadmin suexec home directory? Whats this?

At directadmin litespeed at suexec i could see 3 options.

-Run under home directory (recommended for directadmin) 9apps
What does this mean? Why its better to set this run under home? Or just click to yes?

When set to Yes, PHP scripts will be executed under the user (and group unless Force GID is set) specified. When set to User's Home Directory Only, scripts outside a user's home directory will run as the global user/group that the webserver run as. When using DirectAdmin, the User's Home Directory Only is recommended.
