Can Litespeed help to increase First Contentful Paint (FCP) and First Meaningful Paint (FMP)?

First I want to thanks litespeed for the best performance boost for my site since I'm using it I can increase my page load page from 4-7s to 1-3s it seriously an incredible plugin that I found. But I have some question to optimize my score and my user experience in google page insight :

1. Can Litespeed help me to boostup First Contentful Paint (FCP) and First Meaningful Paint (FMP)?
2. If it can? Can you guide me how to do it? It seems I'm quite loss since i can't find a way to do it?

and just for information I'm using AWS Cloudfront as my host server

Thank you for using LiteSpeed. Is your site a wordpress using LiteSpeed cache plugin?
Enabling cache can help to improve the TTFB.

Also try to use LSCWP optimization tools.

yup! I already enabled cache for LSCWP and it increase my speed in GTMetrix.com but as for pagespeed insight it still not boost up my FCP and FMP
