My host moved my sites from an Apache server to LiteSpeed Web Server (LSWS). My PERL scripts can no longer see DATE_LOCAL, DOCUMENT_URI, or a number of other SSI environment variables. With SSI we can see that the variables exist. It is just that PERL cannot read them as part of the %ENV...
