by default, litespeed won't add such header at all:
Cache-Control: public, max-age=0

however it can be added if you did it in purpose in .htaccess etc.

you can access a static page, see if this special header exists.

Oh, maybe it's added by .htaccess which is bundled in Mobile Boilerplate pkg.

I will check it again. Sorry, about this.

Edit: the redundant Cache-Control header comes from .htaccess mod_expires's rules, which is bundled with Mobile Boilerplate.
