Problem Accessing Webpage

I am unable to access my website. Typing my url renders and error 403 Forbidden Proudly powered by LiteSpeed Web Server
I have no connection whatever with LiteSpeed Technologies so why is this happening?

the web server(software) is litespeed.

please contact your host to resolve this issue. They installed our software (litespeed web server) on the physical server.
