POLLIN is turned off?

I get a WARN message from LiteSpeed WebAdmin Console.

"[46.53.17.236:10248-0] Oops! POLLIN is turned off for this HTTP connection while reading request, turn it on, this should never happen!"

What is POLLIN and how do I turn it on?

It is an internal state for the connection, should not happen under normal situation.
Maybe you have incoming bandwidth throttling enabled? If yes, you can ignore this log message. We need to avoid this log message as it is normal if incoming bandwidth is throttled.
