Permissions for public_html directory

Hi,

I have server with following configuration:

- cPanel
- CloudLinux with CageFS
- PHP as suPHP
- LiteSpeed web server

What should be permissions and owernship of the public_html directory?

Also, do I need to keep "Fileprotect(prevent users from reading other webroots)" option while compiling Apache + PHP using EasyApache. I am not sure but I think this option will change permissions of public_html directory to 750.

Can someone suggest the secured permissions and ownership for public_html directory?
