LiteSpeed File Not Found Error (have appropriate rule in htaccess)

Hello,

I have many errors in LSWS error log regarding File not found error even though there is correct-working htaccess rules.

2014-02-27 22:12:21.700INFO[115.78.135.247:49888-0#APVH_phim2online.com] File not found [/home/phimxxx/public_html/phim-bo/khac/l1/c12.html]

I'm running Litespeed Web Server Enterprise v4.2.7
I moved from a VPS to a Dedicated Server.
My website performance is noticably slower than when I was on the old VPS (also with LSWS).

Would you please help?

lsws web admin -> Server -> Security -> File Access

and restart lsws

first, post your current settings of
lsws web admin -> Server -> Security -> File Access

then let's see if it can resolve your "404 Not Found" issue by change these settings
