Litespeed cPanel account suspension

#1
Hi,

I'm using Litespeed with cPanel. When I suspend accounts, the website still works. I do not see suspension page.

( I tried clearing browser cache. So this is not a browser cache issue. )

How does Litespeed handle suspended accounts? Please help!

which version of cPanel are you using? which version of LSWS enterprise?
LiteSpeed redirect access to suspend account to http://domain.name/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi, works the same way as Apache.

It is working fine in our lab environment. Maybe we need to login to take a look if you are using the latest cPanel/Enterprise combination, something special with your setup.

WHM Version: WHM 11.44.1 (build 17)
Litespeed Version: 4.2.14

Litespeed was installed only few weeks back. I don't see any .htaccess file in public_html with redirection line. That is what Apache does in order to redirect.

In another server where I have litespeed, the suspension works fine. Still no .htaccess file created in that account too.

If you switch back to Apache temporarily, will it show suspended page?

Maybe server side page cache is enabled? please check the response header for "X-LiteSpeed-cache: hit" with browser developer tool.
