Litespeed 4.1.9 Std. on CentOS Plesk server

Hi,
We have a fresh-installed CentOS 5 Plesk 9.5.4 server onto which we wish to install Litespeed.
We are conducting testing on behalf of our client with Litespeed Standard edition, but the wiki guide which I've found does not seem to apply to this version;

When installing LiteSpeed, the installer does not ask "Will you use LiteSpeed Web Server with a hosting control panel?"
Is there another, more up to date, howto for installing LiteSpeed on a Linux server?
After successful testing with the Standard edition, our client will purchase the x86_64 Enterprise edition.

apply a 15 day trial key for enterprise, standard edition wont work well with plesk.
