HTTP/2 Over Cleartext TCP doesn't work ?

#1
Hello,
as now http/2 is ok on my server with LS5.0 build 14, I would like to have it to all.

But http/2 is only active over https, so I've set the option in configuration :
Enable HTTP/2 Over Cleartext TCP : YES

But it make no change, http/2 is only with https.

it's also related to this:
http://www.pcworld.com/article/2061...quire-https-encryption-most-of-the-time-.html

can't bypass browser's limitations ?

any idea ?

Thanks

hi
ok
but for FF 38.0.1 if under https I already get this response (in bold):

Accept-Ranges bytes
Content-Encoding gzip
Content-Type text/html; charset=utf-8

Expires Fri, 29 May 2015 15:18:07 GMT, Mon, 1 Jan 2001 00:00:00 GMT
Last-Modified Fri, 29 May 2015 13:18:07 GMT
P3P CP="NOI ADM DEV PSAi COM NAV OUR OTRo STP IND DEM"
Pragma no-cache
Server LiteSpeed
Vary Accept-Encoding,User-Agent,User-Agent
X-Content-Encoded-By PHP
X-Firefox-Spdy h2

so perhaps it at least detects it, but I think it works already.
Same for chrome, protocol seems ok under https:

yes
we agree, and so at this time https is just mandatory, as the link said it in my previous post.
At the start, I just wondering if the option in the litespeed configuration could bypass this restriction, but it seems that not.

Anyway thanks again mistwang :)
