Hello
one site when have much visitor, get error 503

below is log

The log entries you posted does not cause 503 errors, 503 error is usually caused by PHP crashing. You need to look for log entry with "connection reset by peer".

Note: all thing is fine, but when visitor reach to much, some users see 503 error and log is above.

three "connection reset" will result in one 503 error.
In your case, it could be the process limit is too low for that account.
check stderr.log as well.
