Hey, thanks for the help. I've identified the issue. The release file contained "4.2.3-std", whereas it should have been "4.2.3-ent".

    Wordpress BackupBuddy and LiteSpeed

Thank you for this. Why was the rule to resolve this issue changed without warning? One day it was working and then it appears it was simply pulled... This caused us numerous issues for our clients as a once working solution was failing again.

    cPanel Suspended Account page

Hey guys, We've got an issue whereby a cPanel/WHM Reseller client of ours has custom suspension pages setup (created through the editor in WHM), but the suspension page is then often 403'ing in their browser. This is across two different servers. At this stage I can't confirm if it affects the...

This isn't feasible under a shared environment as it will stop user php.ini's being called.

PHP suEXEC daemon mode doesn't read in PHP_INI_SCAN_DIR php.ini

Unfortunately it's a shared server which requires our users to define them as required. The other thread indicated there's a bug fix coming soon, so fingers crossed.

    Wordpress BackupBuddy and LiteSpeed

Webizen, do you have any other ideas on how we can diagnose or rectify this issue under a 4.1.x environment? Or alternatively a solution to the SuExec issue outlined in http://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=6299 so this issue can be resolved through deployment of 4.2?

    Users can disable mod_security

[solved] 503 error - only in WP backend

Hey guys, Hoping someone can lend me a hand here. We've got a website which works fine, except when using the wordpress admin panel - which under LS 4.1.12 provides a 503, but switching back to Apache it works without issue. The errors logged are: 2012-05-14 10:41:37.042 [INFO]...
