Answering my own question :) I've just downgraded a licence on another server and upgraded the licence on this server :)

We do want to make our hosting as fast as possible. It's fast as it is and if you think that using 4 cores instead of 2 will improve speed even when the 2 cores are only using a maximum of 30% each then we will upgrade to 4 cores. Can we downgrade if we see no difference ?
