LSWS started to restart itself when I got 100% on my tmpfs for cache. I think it's behaviour should be addressed otherwise than throwing 503 which leads to restart...

Is there a way to limit external app conection per vHost basis? I dont run SuExec because of performance hit so that's not an option. I just don't want one vhost to eat up all php processes in case of some overload or DB crash.
Today i've tried to upgrade do 4.1 GOLD, but LSWS didnt want to start. I reverted to RC5 and it works OK. How can I debug, since there was no errors? Im on CentOS + DA. LSWS without SuEXEc.
