Load > 4. Should I be worried?

#1
Hello everyone,

I am not a sys admin so I apologize in advance for being noob.

We have a Xeon E3-1230v2 with 16GB RAM and SSD primary disk with cPanel. We run Wordpress with W3 Total Cache using memcache and currently have jumped to 200.000-300.000 visitors per day. This amounts to about 25 pageviews per second.

We are seeing a load above 4 on the server currently, but the website is working fine (page load speed is very good).

I am wondering if I should be worried about that load or is there still room for it to go up? What is the absolute max server load value I should be comfortable with or should I start upgrading right away and doing load balancing? Is introducing LScache instead of W3Total cache + memcache going to improve the load situation with Wordpress and this number of visitors?

I am trying to determine if I've hit the ceiling or still have some room, because the current surge of traffic can stop and I could end up with big upgrade expenses, while I could have just waited out through the storm. Attached is top screenshot from the server at peek hours
